Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, a solid understanding of Purview
• prior experience creating or delivering technical training are required

Scope:

• Act as Fabric subject matter expert in the adoption team
• Bridge Fabric technology governance and user adoption
• Bring the Fabric perspective into training sessions workshops and office hours
• Co develop the change and adoption approach with the Project Manager
• Provide clear Fabric input to learning journeys and course structure
• Deliver and quality assure Fabric input to the offshore content team
• Ensure learning material is accurate relevant and aligned with Equinor governance
• Be comfortable with conducting online and physical upskilling sessions
• Works closely with the Project Manager
• Focus on Fabric competence while the Project Manager owns overall delivery
