Scope:

We are looking for a Medallia platform expert to join client’s Customer Experience team (Customer Relationship Management area).

The role involves managing and improving the customer feedback and survey system built on the Medallia platform, used by the client. The candidate will also drive the development of new features and enhancements to improve the platform’s performance and customer insights.
 

Skills:

  • Must have: Medallia platform / Medallia tool – Medallia Product Certification or higher and have hands on development experience in Medallia platform
  • between 5 -10 years of experience
  • English required
