For one of our clients, we are looking for a Lead AI Engineer.

 

Job details:

  • Full Remote, with few travelling days required throughout the year in Prague
  • Full-time
  • 6 months (extensions possible)
  • Working Hours: Must be able to overlap with US hours (2-6pm CET)

 

Project info:

Contact Center Diagnostic solution – AI-Assisted Summarization, AI-Augmented Diagnostics and AI-Driven Engagement Efficiency. Integrate GPT-based summarization to draft narratives from diagnostic results and uploaded xls data for internal consultant use, accelerating insight generation while maintaining human oversight. Benchmark Intelligence: Using AI to compare client KPIs against industry benchmarks and highlight performance gaps, leveraging structured data and historical insights. Enabling AI-powered generation of baseline reports and ROI calculations within the web-based diagnostics platform, reducing manual effort and turnaround time.

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, applied data/AI engineering, or a related area.
  • Experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MCP servers, and related technologies.
  • Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
  • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
  • Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
  • Experience with FastMCP.
  • Experience with multi-agent libraries/frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen, and Taskweave is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions.
  • Familiarity with other cloud platforms and their AI services is a plus.
  • Understanding of data engineering concepts, including data pipelines, data integration, and data warehousing is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation.
  • Experience with version control, small and regular commits, unit tests, CI/CD, packaging, and Docker.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, and explaining technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability to define technical direction, review designs and code, and raise the overall technical bar of the team.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with CRM systems — ideally Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
