Job details:

• Role:Java Backend Developer
• Full-time
• Hybrid – few days a month in Wroclaw or Poznan office
• Start date: 09/03/2026
• End date: 31/12/2026

Scope:

• Educating yourself with the right technical capabilities and the latest innovations
• Actively participating in knowledge gaining and sharing by joining communities and events. Furthermore, focus on proper knowledge dissemination across the teams, pushing the limits of our technology and focusing on holistic solutions.
• Good understanding of backend application design and RESTful APIs
• Experience in writing the testcases and doing the execution.

Skills:

• Strong, hands-on experience with at least Java 17.
• Solid experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring batch
• Experience with code version control systems like git.
• Good to have experience with support activities for application and stakeholders as per ITIL guidelines.
• Nice to have: Experience with automation testing (Selenium or related frameworks)
• Nice to have: Fundamental knowledge of cloud services (Azure)
• Nice to have: Front end skills using Mendix or other frameworks (JavaScript).
• Open to learning Mendix or other technology which will required for the role.
• Problem solving mindset.
• Works effectively as a collaborative team player with integrity.
• Demonstrates end-to-end ownership and accountability for deliverables.
• Open to constructive feedback and actively learns from mistakes/observations.
• Proactive approach to resolving issues before situations escalate.
