Scope:

• • • • Needs Analysis: Analyzing the needs of internal partners regarding changes and enhancements to Supply Chain (Transport) IT systems.
      • Requirements Definition: Gathering, documenting, and aligning internal client requirements for IT systems.
      • Systems Analysis: Conducting system analyses, including designing system functionalities and defining use cases.
      • Vendor Management: Collaborating with external software providers and third-party vendors.
      • Subject Matter Expertise: Providing substantive support throughout all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
      • Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Consolidating IT team effort estimations for specific projects and change requests.

Skills:

• • • • • Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst, with a strong emphasis on system analysis skills.
        • Domain Knowledge: Experience working with Transport Management Systems (TMS); familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
        • Technical Documentation: Proven ability to create specifications, requirements documents, and analyses (including requirements decomposition and use cases) using tools such as Confluence.
        • Soft Skills: Highly developed communication skills with a track record of effective collaboration within cross-functional IT teams and other business departments.
        • Efficiency: Excellent work organization and the ability to rapidly acquire new knowledge and technical skills.
        • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and the SQL language for effective data analysis and querying.
        • System Integration: Strong understanding of system integration methods and data flow architectures, including REST, SOAP, and ESB (Enterprise Service Bus).
        • Stakeholder Management: Hands-on experience collaborating with both internal business partners and external software vendors.
