Job details:

• Role: Senior Guidewire Developer
• Location: Remote (EU)
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: Long-term assignment

Scope:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire integration solutions aligned with business and architectural requirements
• Manage and mentor a development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery
• Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders, translating business needs into feasible technical solutions
• Design end-to-end integration architectures using the Guidewire Integration Framework
• Ensure solutions follow Guidewire SurePath (SAFe-based) methodology and enterprise standards

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Guidewire technology, including configuration and integration
• Strong expertise in Guidewire Integration Framework (design, development, implementation)
• Solid experience working with Guidewire SurePath methodology (SAFe-based)
• Development team leadership experience (minimum 2 years)
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
