We’re looking for an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst for our international client.

• Role: Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst
• Location: Full Remote from EU – 5 days per year in Hannover
• Full time
• Start date: asap
• Duration: 1 year + possible extension

Scope:

This role focuses on optimizing claims processes within Guidewire ClaimCenter, ensuring system enhancements support business needs, operational efficiency, and digital integration:

• Improve claims handling efficiency
• Optimize billing and document processes
• Enable seamless digital integrations

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Support system configuration and collaborate with IT and stakeholders
• Analyze and improve billing workflows
• Optimize document input/output flows and automation
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Integrate external claims service providers via APIs and digital channels
• Ensure data consistency and process continuity
• Improve user experience
• Prepare documentation and process flows
• Support UAT, testing, and defect resolution

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and functionality
• Understanding of system integrations (APIs, web services, middleware)
• Familiarity with claims-related data structures
• Experience supporting system testing (SIT, UAT)
• Fluent in English and German
