We’re looking for a GCP Native Engineering Lead to drive technical delivery on client projects. You’ll lead engineering teams on complex GCP engagements, own the technical direction from design through deployment, and act as the senior technical voice in front of clients. This is a hands-on leadership role combining engineering depth, client delivery, and team leadership.

Skills:

• 10+ years of software/cloud engineering experience, with at least 5 years hands-on with GCP
• Deep expertise with GCP-native services: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud SQL/Spanner, Dataflow, Anthos
• Strong background in cloud-native architecture: microservices, event-driven design, serverless, containerization
• Experience with AI/ML on GCP (Vertex AI, GenAI, MLOps)
• Proven experience leading engineering teams on client project delivery (5+ engineers)
• Solid grasp of DevOps practices: CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), observability, security-by-design
• Experience working directly with clients, including stakeholder management and technical pre-sales
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and business audiences
• Google Cloud Professional certification (Cloud Architect or Cloud Developer)

Nice to have:

• Multi-cloud or hybrid-cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Anthos)
• Background in data engineering or large-scale data platforms
• Experience contributing to RFPs, proposals, and account growth
• Additional GCP certifications (Professional Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Security Engineer)
