Scope:

• 1st level Support
• takeover and ongoing support of existing business intelligence projects
• establish and test automated cloud resource rollouts
• technical advice to the development team in all phases of project
  implementation for targeted realization
• monitoring and analyzing ETL processes and relevant service KPIs to ensure
  continuous data processing and compliance with service standards
• rapid identification and resolution of technical faults in operations
• optimizing processing speed and resource utilization when processing large
  amounts of data to increase system performance
• development and implementation of strategies to improve data quality and
  monitoring of measures to ensure reliable and consistent data
• technical advice to data warehouse users on questions regarding data analysis
  and methodology in order to promote targeted use of the DWH
• creation and maintenance of development standards and their documentation

Skills:

• Experience with Oracle
• SQL
• ETL
