  • Hybrid model of work (2 days in Warsaw office)

Scope:

  • Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture roadmap, covering business, data, application, and technology domains.
  • Translate business strategy into target-state architectures and actionable architectural blueprints.
  • Lead enterprise wide digital transformation initiatives, ensuring technology supports business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Assess emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to create business value.
  • Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and policies.
  • Lead design authorities or architecture review boards to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.
  • Evaluate solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture capability needs, process changes, and future-state requirements.
  • Guide leadership on technology related investment decisions through business cases, cost analysis, and value assessments.
  • Provide architectural guidance to solution architects and technical teams during project delivery.
  • Oversee integration architecture to ensure cohesive data flows and interoperability across systems.
  • Support cloud strategy and drive cloud native, API driven, and modular architecture patterns.
  • Ensure architectural solutions follow best practices in security, compliance, resilience, and data protection.
  • Identify technology risks and propose mitigation strategies.

 

Skills:

  • Proven experience designing and governing complex, enterprise-scale systems.
  • Strong background in TOGAF, Zachman, or similar EA frameworks.
  • Broad expertise across multiple architecture domains:
    – Business architecture (capability modelling, process design)
    – Data architecture (data governance, master data, analytics platforms)
    – Application architecture (API design, microservices, integration patterns)
    – Technology architecture (cloud platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity)
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, modern DevOps practices, and enterprise security principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to balance long-term vision and immediate priorities.
  • Ability to work across matrixed teams and lead architecture communities.
