Scope of Work:

• Develop and execute the digital product strategy, goals, and roadmap for the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) capability area aligned with business priorities.
• Manage area budgets, financial tracking, resource allocation, and cross-team capacity planning.
• Lead, coach, and support the career development and performance of team members as line manager.
• Oversee capability development using end-user insights and data analysis while ensuring compliance with architecture, security, and quality standards.
• Promote Agile principles, team empowerment, waste reduction, and continuous process improvement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and transparent collaboration between IT, business units, and global functions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) configuration or development, including Service Billing (SAP Variant Configuration is a plus).
• Proven track record in line management, people leadership, and team development in global environments.
• Practical knowledge of IT product lifecycle management, budget oversight, risk assessment, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-scale technological transformations and manage changing priorities under ambiguity.
• Strong commitment to Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.
• University degree paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
