About the role

Join the AppSec Platform team to build security tools, automations, and internal platforms that enable secure software development across the organization.

This role combines hands-on DevSecOps engineering with Agile/Scrum facilitation. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, security specialists, and stakeholders to improve secure development practices and platform capabilities.

Your responsibilities:

• Design and develop security automations, internal tools, and platform services
• Improve and secure CI/CD pipelines
• Implement DevSecOps practices (SAST, DAST, secrets management, container security, vulnerability management)
• Integrate security controls into development workflows
• Support cloud security and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
• Create technical documentation, standards, and implementation guides
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support agile delivery
• Remove blockers, improve collaboration, and coach teams on Agile best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and delivery goals

Requirements:

• Strong experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Application Security
• Expertise in application security, OWASP Top 10, threat modeling, and secure software development
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of SAST, DAST, SCA, secrets management, and vulnerability management
• Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages
• Strong understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
• Experience with platform engineering or internal developer platforms
• Security compliance automation experience
• Experience in large enterprise environments
