Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux administration and shell scripting (Bash).
• Experience managing Windows server environments.
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and automated testing.
• Programming/scripting experience in: Python, Perl, Bash scripting

• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes or similar).
• Understanding of OS security management and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale server infrastructures.

Infrastructure & Operations

• Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Incident and problem management.
• Infrastructure request management.
• System performance tuning and optimization.
• Backup, recovery, and operational continuity processes.

Nice to have:

• Experience with enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Knowledge of cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Understanding of cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
