We are looking for a Databricks Consultant / Trainer to support reporting development and enable business users to effectively leverage Databricks for reporting purposes.

The role combines hands-on report development with training and mentorship. You will help build and improve reporting solutions while empowering business stakeholders through structured training and knowledge transfer. The project also includes applying Large Language Models (LLMs) within the reporting landscape.

Scope of Work:

• Design, build, and enhance reporting solutions in Databricks
• Rework and optimize existing reporting artifacts
• Deliver training sessions for business users on Databricks reporting
• Provide hands-on mentorship and day-to-day support
• Develop documentation, training materials, and best practices
• Support adoption of Databricks across business teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs

Key Deliverables:

• High-quality reporting solutions built in Databricks
• Training sessions and workshops for business users
• Documentation and user guides
• Knowledge transfer and enablement of internal teams
• Measurable increase in adoption of Databricks for reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Databricks
• Strong background in Business Intelligence and reporting
• Experience with data modeling and reporting frameworks
• Proven ability to train and mentor non-technical users
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in consulting or advisory roles

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure Databricks
• Knowledge of SAS
• Familiarity with Knowledge Management practices
• Experience in enterprise reporting environments
