Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Data Tech Lead/Architect to join client’s dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals who possess a hybrid skill set of software engineering and data science, and are passionate about building intelligent systems. The ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader, overseeing operations, delegating tasks, and driving innovation in AI-driven applications.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Duration: 6 months (extension likely)
- Location: Remote, with possible occasional in person team sessions / workshops / gatherings (i.e. 1x quarter) likely to take place in Prague
- Languages: English fluent
- 10am -6pm CET. possibility of a wider overlap (flexibility) appreciated
Scope:
- Lead the design and architecture of data systems and AI solutions.
- Oversee and coordinate a team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Implement and manage agent orchestration using the Agentic Framework.
- Explore and evaluate different system architectures for optimal performance.
- Contribute to ranking and reranking processes in AI models.
- Conduct performance analysis of Python within large-scale applications.
- Utilize tools such as LangGraph and CrewAI for system development and orchestration.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of data-driven applications.
- Identify and implement AI spots for replacement to enhance automation and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Tech Lead, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with the Agentic Framework.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph and CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of agent orchestration and AI model evaluation techniques.
- Background in building and deploying real-world applications.
- Strong software development foundation with a focus on scalable system design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
