Scope:

• Design and implement data processes (e.g. ADF Pipelines, Databricks)
• Data Models developing and versioning
• Work with cloud-based data infrastructures (Azure)
• Development & execution of schema + data migration
• Optimizing ETL performance
• Support legacy infrastructure automation provisioning with PowerShell and ARM as well as Terraform
• Support and maintain existing application and DevOps infrastructure
• Cloud-Service Troubleshooting including analyses and problem solving
• Apply operating measures
• Monitoring of cloud and DevOps infrastructure
• Apply security measures according to MR guidelines
• Design and configure network infrastructure
• Site Reliability Engineering
• Development and Maintenance of Azure DevOps pipelines
• Roll-out participation
• Create and update infrastructure documentation

Skills:

• MUST-HAVE Technical knowledge (Programming languages, Databases and Frameworks)
• Data modelling concepts and techniques (data warehouse, transactional)
• Databricks & Delta Lake, Python, PowerShell, MS SQL Server, T-SQL
• Strong background in Terraform as well as in YAML, PowerShell, ARM templates, experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS like App Services, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Routing and API Management, understanding of distributed systems, administration of Windows Servers, Azure Policies, scaling and DR as well as backup and restore concepts, visualization of infrastructure
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Azure Entra ID as Identity Provider, basic SQL knowledge
  SQL Server, Kusto Query Language, Gremlin Query Language, Pester, SaaS, (A)AD,
• Managed Identities, Azure Artifacts, server configuration via PowerShell DSC
• A good knowledge of the Azure data engineering stack – Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Cosmos DB
• A good working knowledge of DevOps, Testing, Operating and Optimizing complex data flows.
