We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst – Scrum Master for our international client.

• Location: Hybrid with 2 days onsite in Wroclaw

• Duration: 1 year + possible extension

Scope:

We are seeking a professional who combines analytical expertise with Agile facilitation skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with financial data, collaborating across technical and business teams, and supporting Scrum processes to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery. Responsabilities:

• Participate in data and finance-related projects delivered on cloud platforms
• Support data validation and ensure delivered data meets business quality expectations
• Contribute to data modeling activities (logical and dimensional models)
• Analyze financial datasets and support the definition of KPIs and business rules
• Use basic knowledge of Databricks to verify and analyze data
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective)
• Support the team in following Agile and Scrum practices
• Remove team impediments and escalate risks when needed
• Track delivery metrics (e.g., sprint progress, velocity)

Required Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the data area
• Experience working with data (preferably financial data)
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Advanced Power BI skills
• Understanding of data validation and data modeling concepts
• Basic working knowledge of Databricks for data verification
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills Fluent in Polish and English

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Scrum framework
• Experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
