Scope:

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service, applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical is required.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Copilot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Experience with NET programming, MS Azure Architecture
• English B2
