We are seeking a new talent to join the Security team for a company specializing in enterprise software to manage business operations and customer relations.

Responsibilities:

As a Security Transformation Practitioner, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing security solutions to safeguard digital assets and business operations.

Your day-to-day activities will include integrating security controls into enterprise systems, applications, and processes to protect against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative security strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures across various platforms.
• Analyze emerging security threats and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current security processes and suggesting enhancements.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and provide guidance to colleagues to elevate overall team expertise and performance.
• Hands-on IAM engineering for the SAP Signavio environment.
• Understand the customer’s IAM architecture and propose solutions based on it. Configure identity providers (IdP), SAML 2.0 and identity federation.
• Operate SAP Cloud Identity Services or Microsoft Entra.
• Support the customer in resolving issues with their IAM setup and contribute to migrating customers onto the target IAM setup.

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM) is required.
• Intermediate proficiency in Security Architecture Design is recommended.
• Intermediate proficiency in Cybersecurity Risk Management and beginner proficiency in Threat and Vulnerability Management are suggested.
• Fluent English
