As a Manager in the Data Protection & Privacy competency, you will help clients define technical and business requirements for data privacy solutions as well as develop business processes. This includes helping clients to identify, understand and protect their most critical data throughout the data lifecycle. Engagements range from identifying high value assets to developing data classification schemes based on Data Privacy Assessments, standards and guidelines and implementing processes and technologies to provide leading data privacy capabilities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection, and GDPR
- Strong understanding of privacy methodologies including data classification, privacy impact assessments, and incident response.
- Familiarity with privacy technologies and data governance solutions.
- Analytical ability to evaluate controls and define improvements.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including translating complex privacy topics into clear guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of privacy standards, regulations, and frameworks (GDPR, ePrivacy, global privacy requirements).
- Experience developing privacy policies, procedures, and governance structures.
- Experience with privacy assessments and data processing inventories.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
Nice to have:
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.S./MBA or equivalent.
- Certifications related to Data Privacy such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, CDPSE.
- Experience with one or more of the following tools: OneTrust, BigID, Securiti.ai, MS Purview, other privacy tools.
- Technical familiarity with REST APIs, JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS, or PowerBI (beneficial but not required).
