Scope:

• Shape and influence overall product content strategy to ensure alignment with business and user goals.
• Design and deliver content that provides relevant information and an optimal user experience.
• Utilize audience research, insights, and data analytics to inform content placement and strategy decisions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in content design and digital experience.
• Lead and manage the content team to ensure high performance and effective execution.
• Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to broader organizational decisions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX/UI, Marketing, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
• Provide solutions to content-related challenges within the team and across departments.
• Develop innovative content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
• Conduct regular assessments of content effectiveness and implement data-driven improvements.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas and creative approaches.
• Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance content quality and relevance.
