Job details:

• Role: Contact Center Developer (AWS Connect/Genesys)
• Full-time
• Remote, Availability to work remotely during afternoon and evening hours
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: 31/12/2026

Scope:

• Participate in the implementation of Contact Center solutions.
• Support the migration from Genesys to AWS Connect.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Python.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Contact Center solutions.

Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Connect.
• Experience with Genesys is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Business understanding of Contact Center processes and solutions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Cyara.
• Knowledge of Node.js.
