Scope:

• Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role
• Develop a change management plan that aligns with the overal project plan for Workspace ( Gmail, Calendar, and Drive + Editors)
• Communicate the change management plan to stakeholders and obtain buy-in.
• Manage the implementation of changes, including training users on new processes and systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the change management process, and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the change management process.
• Provide support to employees during the change process.
