Scope:

• Drive end to end implementation of process mining solutions using Celonis across multiple customers
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business demands into technical requirements, solution design, and documentation
• Design and maintain Celonis data models, including event and case calculations, integrating data from multiple source systems
• Independently own and deliver data engineering work packages, including:
  o transformation of raw tables using SQL
  o adjustment of joins
  o creation of objects and events in Celonis
• exploration of new tables and related data engineering activities
• Build analytical dashboards providing insights into process execution and variants
• Support client facing activities, including workshops and requirement discussions
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior data engineers

Skills:

• Experience with end to end implementation of the Celonis platform across customers
• Hands on experience integrating Celonis with on premise and/or cloud based ERP & IT systems
• Proven experience with Celonis data models and analyses (certification is an advantage)
• Very good understanding of business processes (P2P, C2C, R2R)
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills
• Ability to work independently with full ownership of deliverables
• Minimum 6 months of hands on data engineering experience
• Experience in client facing roles and workshop facilitation
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a structured approach to problem solving, time management, and prioritization
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher, enabling direct client communication

• Higher education, preferably in quantitative disciplines (econometrics, mathematics, statistics, IT or related fields)
