Scope:

  • Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates and document composition solutions using Precisely Doc1, Precisely EngageOne, Pitney Bowes, Thunderhead / Smart Comm, and Middle Office tools.
  • Translate business and functional requirements into scalable document solutions for statements, bills, letters, notices, policy documents, and other customer-facing communications.
  • Configure business rules, variables, conditional logic, layouts, and reusable components to support personalized and high-volume communications.
  • Perform impact analysis, estimation, development, unit testing, defect resolution, and production support across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality output on schedule.
  • Troubleshoot document generation, print stream, formatting, and data-mapping issues in batch and enterprise communication workflows.
  • Support releases, enhancements, migration activities, and continuous improvement initiatives for CCM platforms and processes.
  • Contribute to documentation, peer reviews, knowledge transfer, and mentoring of junior team members.

 

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Precisely Doc1 and/or Precisely EngageOne.
  • Practical experience with Pitney Bowes CCM tools and customer communication management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Thunderhead / Smart Comm and Middle Office environments.
  • Experience in document composition, template development, print and digital communication generation, and personalized output creation.
  • Good understanding of data mapping, business rules, validation logic, batch processing, and document production workflows.
  • Experience with analysis, estimation, development, testing, defect fixing, and release support.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in production support, enhancement, and project delivery environments.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in domains such as insurance, banking, benefits, healthcare, or financial services.
  • Exposure to end-to-end correspondence lifecycle management and large-scale enterprise communication environments.
  • Experience mentoring team members and supporting process standardization and best practices.
  • Familiarity with legacy platforms, enterprise utilities, or supporting technologies used in document composition ecosystems.
