Deliver Exceptional Design: Create user-centric, accessible, and elegant interfaces for AI-powered and data-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage Human + AI Collaboration: Incorporate AI-assisted design and user research tools to
• accelerate iteration and insight discovery.
• Navigate Ambiguity: Translate evolving business and client needs into clear design solutions, even when the path forward is not fully defined.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work with engineers, product managers, and AI specialists to refine offerings and ensure seamless end-to-end user experiences.• Apply Analytical Skills: Use qualitative and quantitative data, including AI-driven analytics, to
• inform design decisions and validate product concepts.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in UX/UI Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of UX/UI or product design experience, ideally within technology-driven or AI-enabled environments.
• Preferred Knowledge & Skills
• Skilled in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and journey mapping.
• Knowledge of design thinking and agile delivery methods.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools, data visualization, and personalization design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into simple, compelling experiences.
• Business Process Mapping (BPM), AI Agent Consoles, CFR / GMP Compliance experience.
