We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst, responsible for bridging business and technology teams to deliver innovative digital solutions supporting used vehicle remarketing activities.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of strategically important digital products within a multinational environment, supporting the evolution of customer-facing platforms and business services across multiple markets.
Role responsibilities:
- Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams, the role focuses on understanding business needs, analysing requirements, and translating them into scalable and sustainable IT solutions aligned with organisational objectives.
- The role also includes coordinating testing activities, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating delivered functionality against business requirements, and facilitating successful solution rollouts.
- As a functional expert, the Business Analyst provides guidance to stakeholders and end users, supports change management initiatives, assists with user training, and contributes to the continuous improvement of business processes and digital platforms.
- Working within an Agile environment, the successful candidate collaborates with international and cross-functional teams, leveraging strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, stakeholder management, and effective communication to drive successful product delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), JIRA, business process modelling, data analysis, and digital product delivery is essential.
- Fluent English
