Job details:

• Role: BI Developer – Tableau / Snowflake
• Full-time
• Location: Poland.
• Remote, with occassional visits in Warsaw office or client office (always to be agreed case by case)
• Start: ASAP
• End: 31/12/2026

Scope:

• Replicate existing Tableau reports on top of the new/harmonized Snowflake data products, ensuring functional equivalence with the legacy report before decommissioning is proposed.
• Iterate dashboards based on business reviews and demos: filters, drill-downs, status breakdowns, trend and variance views, export functionality.
• Support refinement of the Snowflake analytics layer for the scoped pipelines and implement smaller business requirement updates.
• Develop and maintain DBT models and keep all code under GitLab version control per team standards.
• Apply naming, layering and documentation standards; keep report and data-product documentation current.
• Execute functional testing and KPI reconciliation between legacy report and new report; document deltas.
• Support UAT, fix findings, and contribute to user documentation and onboarding material.

Skills:

• 1+ year professional experience as an IT/data analyst or BI developer (internships and working-student experience count if substantial).
• Tableau hands-on development: calculated fields, LODs, parameters, actions, dashboard performance basics.
• Snowflake and solid SQL (joins, window functions, aggregation logic).
• Basic working knowledge of DBT and GitLab.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to report replication and reconciliation; fluent English (B2).

Nice to have:

• Domain knowledge in manufacturing and Quality Control (lot handling, inspection, rejection reasons).
• Experience migrating or rebuilding reports from a legacy BI tool onto a new data layer.
• Exposure to agile delivery with JIRA/Monday and to data-quality testing.
