Project Description:

Continuation of AI PoC focused on stabilization, further development and industrialization of existing AI platform towards scalable deployment. This is an ongoing project.

Team structure:

Delivery lead

AI/Data contributors including existing PoC team and local AI team (planned expansion incl.AI Architect.)

Scope:

• Hands-on development of AI / GenAI platform
• Extension of LLM-based solution (RAG pipelines, AI agents)
• Support platform continuity and knowledge retention from PoC phase
• Contribution to deployment readiness and further scaling.

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience with recent AI experience
• Experience in AI / GenAI Engineering (LLM-based solutions)
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency with LLM frameworks (LangChain, RAG)
• Experience with OpenAI API / LLM integration
• Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
• Experience with Azure AI / cloud-based AI platform development
• Fluent English is required, fluent Czech/Slovak is preferred

Nice to Have:

• AI agents / workflow automation
• LLM security / prompt engineering
• Fullstack development exposure
• AWS / multi-cloud experience
