Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Architect to join a dynamic team supporting a Swedish client in the production and retail industry. As a fully remote role, the ideal candidate will work during European working hours. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading global company by providing advanced solutions for their HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform.

Scope:

  • Serve as the ServiceNow HRSD system architect and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Lead analysis and design work to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
  • Collaborate with product specialists and business stakeholders to break down HRSD business requirements into actionable SN solution designs.
  • Provide guidance and support to the development team during sprints to resolve design issues and challenges.
  • Support the operations team in resolving complex production incidents and ensuring system stability.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Management (EM) team on platform-wide ServiceNow-related topics.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner (PO) to provide design options and solutions for ServiceNow-related topics.
  • Partner with ServiceNow support, QA teams, and other stakeholders on design gaps, defects, tickets, and enhancements.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the overall health and maintenance of the solution.
  • Provide guidance to the team on SN upgrade, cloning, and patching topics.
  • Lead design efforts for new ServiceNow features and capabilities.

Skills:

  • ServiceNow Certifications: CIS HR, HRSD Professional, CSA, CAD.
  • At least 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow HRSD Architect.
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and related products.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR scoped applications, especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge Base, HR Case Management, Virtual Agent, Now Mobile App, Integration Hub, Access Management, Data Model, Test Automation Framework, and Reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate on the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for complex business problems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to lead and guide teams in developing effective ServiceNow solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially with cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and HRSD capabilities.
  • Ability to monitor and manage the overall health of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Experience with platform upgrades, patches, and solution enhancements.
