Project Overview:

We are seeking a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Design Lead to join a long-term engagement with a leading retail client based in Sweden. The role is fully remote, with no travel requirements. You will lead the design and configuration of Employee Central and its integrations with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Scope:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing functional guidance and best practices throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Deliver at least 2 or more end-to-end EC implementations, from planning to go-live
• Own the preparation and execution of test scenarios, test scripts, and cutover activities
• Configure and manage:
• Metadata Framework (MDF) and foundation objects
• Business rules, workflows, data models
• Picklists, role-based permissions (RBP), instance synchronization, translation, and release management
• Ensure integration readiness of EC with other SF Talent modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance, etc.
• Manage and guide the client relationship within the scope of the Employee Central stream
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including client stakeholders, project managers, and technical leads
• Deliver accurate documentation including Solution Design Configuration Workbooks

Skills:

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of SAP SF Employee Central
• Hands-on experience with:
• Position Management
• Global Assignment
• Time-Off, Timesheet, and Benefits
• Advanced EC Reporting
• Proven experience in integration scenarios between EC and other SF Talent modules
• Strong knowledge of system configuration using standard SAP tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing consulting experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international project environment
