Job description:

Vehicle Software Manufacturing – Production Preparation is a department that works with embedded products, tools and support for factories and workshops all over the world. At Vehicle Software Manufacturing client feels proud of being an enabler in connecting all the integral parts together in the truck, bus, construction equipment, or boat in order to make customers successful, on the roads, at the construction site or at sea. Client has unique knowledge within the Embedded Software area and work thoroughly with the quality of releases, to deliver the right software to stakeholders and end users.

Scope:

• He/she will be responsible for planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, executing and managing the tests, mainly automated but also manual.
• He/she will also be active in the daily work with methods, tools, coaching and improvements.
• He/she will be involved in changing our application’s monolithic architecture to microservices with heavy focus on the test automation.
• During some weeks of the year, he/she will also assist in handling incoming cases to client’s support desk, Mondays-Fridays from 8.00 to 17.00.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in automation testing in microservices architecture
  • Experience with test automation and scripting languages (preferred C#)
  • Experience in performance and integration testing
  • Knowledge of software testing methodology (according to ISTQB)
  • Good organization and analytical skills with attention to details
  • Knowledge of SQL queries
  • Knowledge of XML
  • Understand complex issues and identify opportunities and risks
  • Willingness to work with cooperation with team members
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility and ownership for assigned tasks.
