Production Support Specialist – UiPath RPA
Location: Fully Remote
Contract Duration: 3 months + possible extension

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Support Specialist with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a production environment. This role requires both basic and advanced knowledge of UiPath tools, experience with API, SQL/SOQL, web automation (HTML/CSS, web scraping), and hands-on experience in production support across any technology. The candidate should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of automated processes.

Scope:

• Provide production support for RPA solutions developed using UiPath, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and issues.
• Monitor and manage UiPath Orchestrator to maintain stability and performance of automated processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UiPath bots, workflows, and orchestrations.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement changes and enhancements to existing RPA solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including design, development, and support procedures.
• Ensure compliance with RPA best practices and organizational standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on UiPath tools and processes.
• Some infrastructure knowledge, especially regarding installation of UiPath and Studio.
• Understand production support flows including ServiceNow, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
• Coordinate and mentor team members when needed while also contributing as an individual contributor.
• Handle client communications effectively with strong professional communication skills.
  
  

Skills:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in RPA, with at least 3 years in production support.
• Proven expertise in UiPath Studio (basic and advanced features) and UiPath Orchestrator.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for RPA bots and workflows.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python.
• Familiarity with API integrations, SQL/SOQL queries, and web automation (HTML/CSS, web scraping).
• Understanding of infrastructure setup and installation of UiPath and Studio.
