Scope:

• As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of technology, function, or platform.
• You will collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• You are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Develop innovative solutions that align with client needs and industry standards.               
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.             
• Create detailed documentation to support the implementation and maintenance of solutions.               
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture.           
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing solutions to ensure they meet evolving client requirements.
  
  

Skills:

• Master proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) is required.
• Master proficiency in Design & Build Enablement is recommended.
• Intermediate proficiency in RESTful Web API, SOAP Web Services, and expert proficiency in Build Management are suggested.
